Raise Awareness

Our purpose is to improve public awareness and education about the potential innovative treatments for individuals with spinal cord injuries

There are approximately 302,000 people living with a spinal cord injury in the United States and about 18,000 new spinal cord injuries occur each year. That means, every 29 minutes one more person experiences a spinal cord injury.

The entire medical community used to believe paralysis was permanent. Until now. Science has shown us that recovery is possible. We’re on a mission to advance life-changing treatments, such as spinal stimulation, from the trial lab to clinical practice so they can become available to everyone living with paralysis from a spinal cord injury.

We just completed the world’s largest clinical trial using spinal stimulation treatment for people living with quadriplegia. This treatment works! Now we’re funding the pivotal trial to gain FDA approval of SpineX’s SCONE stimulating device. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for everyone living with paralysis. We need to get this done. Now.

There’s a lot of frustration because there are so many people that are in need of the new technology that’s out there. Grasp it. It’s there. And if we don’t grasp it, shame on us. Shame on us if we don’t grasp it.
